Mixin Cash provides fiat-related financial services. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, identity verification (KYC) is required before you can access these services.
2. What documents are required for KYC?

- Residential address information;
- A selfie for identity verification;
- Other information required by applicable regulations.

3. How long does the verification process take?

4. What should I do if my verification is rejected?
If your verification is unsuccessful, please update or provide any additional information requested and submit your application again.

5. What deposit methods are supported?
You can add funds to your Mixin Cash account in the following ways:
- Transfer supported digital assets from your Mixin Wallet;
- Transfer fiat funds to your dedicated bank account via bank transfer.
Currently supported:
- USD: ACH, Wire
- EUR: SEPA
6. What withdrawal methods are supported?
You can withdraw funds from your Mixin Cash account by:
- Transferring funds to your Mixin Wallet;
- Withdrawing funds to a linked bank account.
7. Why do I need to add a Recipient?
Before your first withdrawal to a bank account, you'll need to add the recipient's bank account information.
Once added, you can simply select the saved recipient for future withdrawals.

8. Can I share my bank account details with someone else?
Your dedicated bank account is intended for your own use only.
Please do not lend, rent, or share your bank account information with others, as this may affect your ability to use Mixin Cash.
