How to Deposit and Withdraw Funds with Mixin Cash

Once you've completed identity verification (KYC) and successfully activated Mixin Cash, you can start managing your funds.


Add Cash


Tap Add Cash to fund your Mixin Cash account using one of the following methods.


From Mixin Wallet


If you already have supported digital assets in your Mixin Wallet, you can transfer them directly to Mixin Cash.


Steps:


  1. Open Mixin Cash;
  2. Tap Add Cash;
  3. Select Mixin;
  4. Choose the asset you want to transfer;
  5. Enter the amount and confirm.




From a Bank Account


You can also fund your Mixin Cash account via bank transfer.


Steps:


  1. Open Mixin Cash;
  2. Tap Add Cash;
  3. Select Bank Account;
  4. View your dedicated bank account details;
  5. Initiate a bank transfer using those account details.

SWIFT transfers are not supported at this time.


Withdraw


Tap Withdraw to transfer funds out of your Mixin Cash account.


Withdraw to Mixin Wallet


To transfer funds back to your Mixin Wallet:


  1. Open Mixin Cash;
  2. Tap Withdraw;
  3. Select Mixin Privacy Wallet;
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.




Withdraw to a Bank Account


To withdraw funds to your bank account:


  1. Open Mixin Cash;
  2. Tap Withdraw;
  3. Select Add New Recipient;
  4. Choose ACH or IBAN, then enter the required bank account information;
  5. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm.


The first time you withdraw to a bank account, you'll need to add a recipient.


If you're withdrawing to a bank account that is not under your own name, you may be asked to provide additional information. Please follow the instructions displayed in the app.


View Transaction History


You can view your deposits, withdrawals, and other transaction records under Recent Activity.
