Getting Started

Step 1: Access Mixin Cash

You can access Mixin Cash in either of the following ways:

Option 1:

Open the Mixin Cash bot from the Mixin home page (Mixin ID: 7000105412).

Option 2:

Go to Wallet, tap Buy, then select Bank Transfer to open Mixin Cash.

Step 2: Review and Accept the Terms

When you access Mixin Cash for the first time, you'll be asked to review and accept the Terms of Service.

Please read the terms carefully, then tap Accept to continue.

Step 3: Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

After accepting the terms, you'll be guided through the identity verification process.

Depending on your country or region, you may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or local ID card);
• Personal information;
• Residential address information;
• A selfie for identity verification;
• Other information required by applicable regulations.

Please make sure all information provided is accurate and matches your identification documents.

Step 4: Wait for Approval

After submitting your application, please wait for the verification result.

Processing times may vary depending on your application. Once your verification is approved, you can start using Mixin Cash.

Step 5: Start Using Mixin Cash

After your application is approved, you'll be taken to the Mixin Cash home page.

From there, you can:

• View your Cash Balance;
• View your bank account details;
• Add Cash;
• Withdraw funds;
• View your Recent Activity.
