What to Do If You Withdraw from Mixin but Do Not Receive the Assets?

If you have withdrawn assets from Mixin but have not received them, first check whether the withdrawal hash is displayed on the Mixin withdrawal details page:

If the withdrawal hash is shown on the Mixin withdrawal details page, it means the assets have successfully left the Mixin Network. If you have not received them, copy the withdrawal hash and contact the recipient platform’s customer support. The delay may be due to the following reasons:

Block Confirmation Requirements of the Receiving Wallet or Exchange
Blockchain transfers are not instantaneous. Each blockchain has different block confirmation requirements and block times before the assets are credited. Please check with your receiving wallet or exchange customer support for more details.

Insufficient Withdrawal Amount
Some wallets and exchanges have a minimum deposit requirement. This is especially common on exchanges, where the minimum deposit amount is usually specified on the deposit page. Your withdrawal amount will not be credited if it is below this limit.
This is a policy of the receiving wallet or exchange, not an issue with Mixin. You can check the withdrawal status using the withdrawal hash.

Incorrect Withdrawal Address
This issue mostly occurs on EVM-compatible blockchains, where addresses have the same format across different networks. For example, if you withdraw ERC20-USDT to a Polygon address, the funds may not appear in your wallet.
In such cases, contact the recipient wallet or exchange support as soon as possible for assistance.
