What to Do If the Withdrawal Hash Is Not Displayed?
The withdrawal hash should normally appear on the withdrawal details page when you withdraw assets. If it does not appear, the following reasons may apply:
Outdated Client
Update Mixin Messenger to the latest version and recheck the wallet to see if the hash is displayed.
Slow Block Confirmation of the Withdrawn Asset
While Mixin processes withdrawals quickly, the withdrawal speed also depends on the confirmation time of the asset’s blockchain. It usually takes a few seconds to a few minutes for the hash to appear.
Asset Consolidation
Mixin Network automatically consolidates assets. Large withdrawals may trigger asset consolidation, which is an on-chain process. The time required depends on the speed of the respective blockchain and may take anywhere from a few minutes to tens of minutes.
