Invitation Rebate Rules (Draft)
Mixin Messenger introduced the Invitation Rebate Program in version 3.5.0.
Users can bind an invitation code or invite friends to earn trading and membership rebates.
The following explains the full details of the program.
I. Eligibility
Inviter
- Must be a paid Mixin One Member (Advanced, Elite, or Prosperity).
- The membership must be active and unexpired.
Invitee
- Both new and existing users can participate.
- Once the invitation code is bound, the invitee immediately enjoys trading cashback benefits.
- The invitation relationship is permanent and cannot be modified or unbound.
II. Rebate Details
1. Trading Rebate
Membership Tier | Total Rebate Ratio |
---|---|
Advanced | 30% |
Elite | 50% |
Prosperity | 70% |
2. Membership Rebate (In Development)
When an invitee upgrades their membership, both the inviter and the invitee will receive rewards.
The rewards apply in the following cases:
- First-time upgrade
- Upgrading from a lower to higher tier
- Membership renewal
(This feature is still under development. Detailed rules will be announced upon launch.)
III. Invitation Code Rules
- Each member can create multiple invitation codes.
- Each code can independently set the rebate ratio between inviter and invitee.
Membership Tier | Total Rebate Ratio | Invitee Adjustable Range |
---|---|---|
Advanced | 30% | 0% - 15% |
Elite | 50% | 0% - 25% |
Prosperity | 70% | 0% - 35% |
IV. Settlement Rules
- Settlement Currency: All rebates are settled in USDT.
- Settlement Cycle: Rebates are settled monthly, typically at the beginning of each month.
- Settlement Wallet: Rebates are credited directly to the inviter’s and invitee’s Mixin Privacy Wallets.
Settlement Conditions:
- The inviter’s membership must still be active during settlement; otherwise, the month’s rebate is forfeited.
- The monthly rebate amount must be ≥ 1 USDT; amounts below this threshold are discarded and not carried over.
- If the inviter’s membership expires, both inviter and invitee will lose that month’s rebate eligibility.
V. Additional Notes
- If a user’s membership tier changes (upgrade or downgrade), the rebate percentage will automatically adjust based on the new tier.
- If the inviter’s membership expires, the rebate function pauses automatically and resumes after renewal.
VI. FAQ
1. Where does the trading rebate come from?
Mixin Messenger aggregates trading pairs from ExinOne, BigONE, 1inch, Uniswap, and other DEXs & CEXs.
The trading rebate primarily comes from transaction fee sharing on these platforms.
Note: Not all trades generate rebates—only transactions involving partner platforms are eligible.
2. Can I still earn rebates if my membership has expired, but I renew it later?
Yes.
Example: Member A’s membership expired on September 28, and they did not renew immediately.
On October 1, both A and their invitee will not receive September’s rebate.
If A renews anytime in October, rebates will resume from the next settlement cycle.
3. Can an invitee bind multiple inviters?
No.
Each account can bind only one inviter, and the binding is permanent once confirmed.
4. If I have multiple invitation codes, will my rebates be combined?
Yes.
Rebates generated under different codes belonging to the same inviter will be merged and paid together during settlement.
5. Do both inviter and invitee earn rebates?
Yes—unless the inviter has set the invitee’s rebate ratio to 0%.
If the ratio is greater than 0%, the system automatically distributes rebates to both parties according to the configured percentages.
6. What should I do if my invitation code is marked invalid?
This means the code doesn’t exist, or the inviter’s membership has expired.
Please double-check the code or obtain a valid code from an active member.
7. Where can I view my rebate details?
Open Mixin Messenger → Profile → Invitation to view your rebate records and earnings breakdown.
8. I’m a member but didn’t receive my rebate. What should I check?
Please verify:
- Both inviter and invitee maintained valid memberships during the settlement period;
- You completed eligible transactions this month;
- Your rebate amount reached at least 1 USDT (the payout threshold).
If all the above are met but you still haven’t received your rebate, contact Team Mixin (7000) for support.
