The referral reward rules

Mixin Messenger introduced the Invitation Rebate Program in version 3.5.0.

You can invite users to bind your invitation code to earn rewards from trading and membership purchases, and you may also bind someone else’s invitation code to receive trading and membership reward.

The following explains the full details of the program.

I. Eligibility

Inviter

  • Must be an active Mixin One paid member (Advanced, Elite, or Prosperity).
  • The membership must be active and unexpired.
How to Invite Users and Earn Referral Rewards

Invitee

  • Both new and existing users are eligible.
  • Once the invitation code is bound, the invitee will receive:

• Trading reward

• Mixin One membership purchase reward

  • The invitation relationship is permanent and cannot be modified or unbound.
Please bind the referral code from someone you trust. The commission ratio for a referral code cannot be changed, and once the referral code is bound, it cannot be modified.

II. Reward Types

1. Trading Rebate

Users can earn trading rewards when using the built-in trading feature with:

• Mixin Private Wallets

• Mixin Common Wallets

Watch-only wallets do not earn rewards

Membership Tier

Total Rebate Ratio

Invitee Receive Ratio

Advanced

20%

0 ~ 10%

Elite

40%

0 ~ 20%

Prosperity

60%

0 ~ 30%

Users of Mixin Privacy Wallet, Common Wallet, and Imported Common Wallets are all eligible to receive trading commissions when using Mixin’s built-in swap or trading features. Not all trades generate rewards. Only trades routed through partners that share fees will generate trading rewards.

2. Membership Rewards

When an invitee performs any of the following four membership-related purchases, both inviter and invitee receive rewards:

  • First-time upgrade
  • Upgrading from a lower to a higher tier
  • Membership renewal
  • Purchase Mixin Star

Total reward rate: 10% of the membership order amount

Example:

If an invitee pays 100 USDT to upgrade to Advanced membership and the inviter–invitee split is 10% / 10%, then:

• Inviter earns 5 USDT

• Invitee earns 5 USDT

III. Invitation Code Rules

  • Each member can create multiple invitation codes.
  • Each code can independently set the reward ratios between inviter and invitee.

Membership Level

Total Trading Reward Rate

Invitee's Share Range

Advanced

20%

0% – 10%

Elite

40%

0% – 20%

Legendary

60%

0% – 30%

IV. Settlement Rules

  • Settlement Currency: All rebates are settled in USDT.
  • Settlement Cycle: Monthly, paid at the beginning of each month
  • Payment Wallet: Rebates are credited directly to the inviter’s and invitee’s Mixin Privacy Wallets.

Settlement Conditions:

  1. The inviter’s membership must still be active during settlement; otherwise, the month’s rewards for that month are forfeited.
  2. The monthly reward amount must be ≥ 1 USDT; amounts below this threshold are discarded and not carried over.
  3. If the inviter’s membership expires, both inviter and invitee will lose that month’s rebate eligibility.
If your inviter’s membership is still active but your own membership has expired, you will only receive the rewards from your own trading activity. Any rewards generated from your invitees’ activity will not be credited to you during the settlement period.

V. Additional Notes

  • If a user’s membership tier changes (upgrade or downgrade), the reward ratios will automatically adjust based on the new tier.
  • If the inviter’s membership expires, their invitation code cannot be bound by new users (invitees will see an error). Binding becomes available again after renewal.

VI. FAQ

1. Where does the trading rewards come from?

Mixin Messenger aggregates trading pairs from:

ExinOne

BigONE

1inch

Uniswap

• and other DEXs & CEXs sources

The trading rewards primarily comes from fee sharing on these platforms.

Note: Not all trades generate rewards—only transactions involving partner platforms are eligible.

2. Can I still earn rewards after renewing an expired membership?

Yes.

Example: Member Tom‘s membership expired on September 28, and he did not renew immediately.

On October 1, both Tom and his invitees will not receive September’s rewards.

If Tom renews anytime in October, rewards will resume from the next settlement cycle.

3. Can an invitee bind multiple inviters?

No.

Each account can bind only one inviter, and the binding is permanent once confirmed.

4. Do both inviter and invitee earn rewards?

Yes—unless the inviter has set the invitee’s reward ratio to 0%.

If the ratio is greater than 0%, the system automatically distributes rebates to both parties according to the configured percentages.

5. What should I do if my invitation code is marked "invalid"?

Possible reason:

• The code does not exist

• The inviter's membership has expired

Invitees should confirm the code or request a valid one.

6. Where can I view my reward details?

Open Mixin Messenger → Profile → Referral to view your reward records.

7. I’m a member but didn’t receive my rewards. What should I check?

Please verify:

  • The inviter maintained valid memberships during the settlement period;
  • You completed eligible transactions this month;
  • Your rewards amount reached at least 1 USDT (the payout threshold).

If all the above are met but you still haven’t received your rebate, contact Team Mixin (7000) for support.
