How to use the Price Alert feature?
Starting from version 1.14.0, Mixin Messenger has added a price alert feature to the market page.
Update Mixin Messenger to version 1.14.0 or above by downloading the latest version from the official website: https://messenger.mixin.one/download.
Wallet Asset List -> Asset Details -> Market Details -> Price Alert
Explore Market List -> Market Details -> Price Alert
Tap the “Add Price Alert” button on the market page or the “Add Price Alert” button on the price alert list page -> Select the alert type -> Enter price or percentage change values -> Choose the reminder frequency -> Tap Add.
Alert Types:
Price Reaches: Triggered when the latest price equals, exceeds, or drops below the set price. For example, if you set a “Price Reaches” alert for 64,000 USD, you will receive a notification when the price equals or exceeds 64,000 USD.
Price Rises To: Triggered when the latest price is greater than or equal to the set price.
Price Drops To: Triggered when the latest price is less than or equal to the set price.
24-Hour Rise Exceeds: Triggered when the 24-hour rise exceeds or equals the set percentage.
24-Hour Drop Exceeds: Triggered when the 24-hour drop exceeds or equals the set percentage.
Reminder Frequency:
Notify Once: Alerts are only the first time they are triggered. The alert will automatically pause after being triggered and can be reactivated manually.
Daily Once: Alerts only the first time it is triggered each day.
Persistent Alerts: Alerts every time it is triggered.
Notes:
Push notifications must be enabled to use the alert feature.
Each token can have up to 10 price alerts, and the total number of price alerts for all tokens cannot exceed 100.
Price Rises To: The set price must be higher than the current price and cannot exceed 100 times the current price.
Price Drops To: The set price must be lower than the current price and cannot be less than 1/100 of the current price.
24-Hour Rise Exceeds: Valid range is 0.01% - 1000%.
24-Hour Drop Exceeds: Valid range is 0.01% - 99.99%.
In the price alert list -> Tap the menu (three-dot icon) next to the specific alert you want to delete -> Delete.
In the price alert list -> Tap the menu (three-dot icon) next to the specific alert you want to delete -> Delete.
In the price alert list -> Tap the menu (three-dot icon) next to the specific alert you want to pause/resume -> Pause/Resume.
Enter the price alert list for a specific token -> Tap “All” in the upper-right corner.
Why am I not receiving price notifications even though I enabled push notifications?
- Check if “Settings > Privacy > Conversations > Who can message me” is set to “My Contacts.” Search for the price alert bot 7000105347, add it as a contact, or send the bot any message (e.g., “Hi”).
- Review your alert type and notification history; the notification may have already been sent.

Add Alerts

Edit Alerts

Pause/Resume Alerts
In the price alert list -> Tap the menu (three-dot icon) next to the specific alert you want to pause/resume -> Pause/Resume.
View All Alerts
Enter the price alert list for a specific token -> Tap “All” in the upper-right corner.
