What is ARC?


ARC (Arc Network) is an open Layer 1 blockchain developed by Circle, purpose-built for stablecoins, payments, and financial applications. ARC is EVM-compatible, supports smart contracts, and is designed to provide fast transaction finality, low fees, and cross-chain interoperability, delivering a more efficient on-chain experience for both developers and users.
