# 关于某种资产不支持充值的说明

当您在使用 Mixin 钱包充值资产时，若看到提示：“Mixin 钱包现已不支持 xx 充值，注意已转入的资产可以继续转账或提现。”

## 一般是由以下原因造成的：

1. 该资产所属项目或者区块链已经不再运行；
2. 使用该资产的用户过少。

由于 Mixin 是二层网络项目，已经充值到 Mixin 的资产不受原生区块链影响，可以在 Mixin 网络内转账；若该区块链已经停止运行，那您的提现也将受到影响，无法实行。
