# 出现“这个类型的消息不支持”怎么办？

在聊天的时候，如果收到的信息显示如下：

**"这个类型的消息不支持，请升级 Mixin 到最新版"**

这意味着当前使用的 Mixin Messenger 版本不支持接收该消息，需要进行如下操作：

1. 更新 Mixin Messenger 的版本（注意：如果不知道在哪里更新，可以给 Team Mixin 发送“下载”获取更新链接）

2. 更新后，让对方重新发送该消息
