# 找不到钱包资产怎么办？


请依次排查以下问题：

* 检查钱包入口是否正确： [如何查看我的 Mixin Messenger 钱包？](https://support.mixin.one/zh/article/mixin-messenger-1ga917n/) ，如果您使用 ExinOne 查看资产，有问题请咨询 ExinOne 的客服。
* 检查是否隐藏了资产：钱包首页右上角菜单 -> 隐藏的资产，可以左滑取消隐藏，或者进入资产详情页右上角菜单显示资产。
* 检查您的资产是否在旧网络： [如何把资产从旧钱包迁移至新钱包？](https://support.mixin.one/zh/article/5aac5l2v5oqk6lwe5lqn5luo5pen6zkx5yyf6lb56e76iez5paw6zkx5yyf77yf-my2a1e/) ，注意迁移完后需要等 3-4 天时间才能到账。
