# 为什么对方收不到我发的信息？

请依次排查以下问题：

* 检查消息是否已经发出去：如果消息已经发出去了，消息的状态应该是单勾或双钩，关于消息状态查看文档： [消息状态](/zh/article/5rai5ogv54q25ocb-7u20r0/)
* 如果消息已经发出去了，但消息状态是单勾，说明对方设备还没有收到消息，可能的原因包括对方没有打开 Mixin 通知权限不知道你给他发了消息，也有可能对方拉黑你了；如果消息状态是双勾灰色，说明对方设备已经收到消息了，但是还没有查看；如果消息是双勾蓝色，说明对方已经看了你发的消息，但是可能没有及时回复你。
