# [Campaign] Free transactions between Mixin wallets

| ⚠️ This campaign requires Mixin Messenger 3.6.0 or later to participate. Starting from **version 3.8.0**, transfers **to Safe (co-managed) Safes** are also eligible for fee refunds.

## Campaign Rules

||| This is a fee reimbursement campaign. You must pay the withdrawal fee first, and the system will reimburse it later.
||| All Privacy Wallets, Common Wallets, and imported Common Wallets are eligible for reimbursement.
||| Reimbursements are calculated monthly and issued automatically.
||| Malicious or abusive participation will result in disqualification.

During the campaign, eligible transfers will receive a 100% fee reimbursement:

## **Transfers NOT Eligible for Reimbursement**

| Transfers involving watch-only wallets | Watch-only wallets are not eligible |
| Deleted imported wallet → transfer to its old address | System cannot recognize the address as a Mixin wallet |
| Re-login without re-importing wallet → transfer | Wallet becomes “missing private key” state |
| Transfers between non-Mixin wallets | Not included |


## **Additional Notes on “Deleting Common Wallets”**

**Fee eligibility depends on whether the wallet was recognized as a Common Wallet at the time of transfer — not on the blockchain address itself.**

* Fees are **settled monthly**
* Refunds are issued to your **Privacy Wallet**
* Returned in **the same token and same amount**

## **FAQ**

**1. Why did I still get charged a fee? Isn’t this free?**
Because blockchain miner fees must be paid.

**2. Do withdrawals to Safe or exchanges count?**
**No.**
Currently reimbursed only for:

* Common Wallet → Safe  
* Privacy Wallet → Safe 

**3. Will the fee be converted to USDT for reimbursement?**
**No.**
Reimbursement is in **the same token and same amount**.

**4. Do watch-only wallets qualify?**
No, watch-only wallets are excluded.

**5. When will I receive the reimbursement?**
At the **beginning of each month**, sent to your Privacy Wallet.

**6. What if I’m not on 3.6.0?**
You will **not** receive any reimbursement.

**7. Does deleting an imported wallet affect reimbursement?**
