# [Announcement] Mixin Messenger Has Restored ZEC Deposit and Withdrawal

**Dear Mixin users**,

To further enhance support for the multi-chain ecosystem, **Mixin Messenger has fully restored deposit and withdrawal services for Zcash (ZEC)**.  
This means users can now freely manage their ZEC assets in the Mixin wallet, including depositing, withdrawing, transferring, and trading.  

The restoration of ZEC marks another step forward in expanding Mixin’s multi-chain support.  
Currently, Mixin supports a wide range of popular blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, TON, Base, Optimism, and more.

### Important Notes

1. When depositing or withdrawing, please ensure you are using the **correct Zcash mainnet address**. Deposits to unsupported address formats may result in loss of funds.  
2. Withdrawals require a network fee. Please make sure you have a sufficient ZEC balance in your wallet.  
3. If you experience delays or abnormal transaction status, please contact **Team Mixin (Mixin ID: 7000)** for assistance.

**1. Why was ZEC deposit previously unavailable?**  
Previously, only ZEC withdrawals were re-enabled. To ensure network stability and security, deposit functionality has now been fully restored. You can now deposit and withdraw ZEC seamlessly through Mixin Messenger.

**2. Can I trade ZEC within Mixin?**  
Yes. Mixin’s built-in trading feature supports buying, selling, and exchanging ZEC directly within the wallet — no need to switch to other platforms.

**3. How do I start using ZEC?**  
Open your wallet, search for “ZEC”, and select the asset to view details.
